About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch based on design mockups and wireframes
2. Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
3. Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes
5. Write clean, well-documented code following industry best practices and standards
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and after website launches
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
9. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones
10. Assist in estimating project timelines and technical requirements during the planning phase

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.

2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP.

3. Experience with responsive web design principles and frameworks such as Bootstrap.

4. Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, theming, and plugin development.

5. Experience working with custom post types, custom fields, and WordPress REST API.
